These terms govern use of cloudautolink.digital and inquiries for application analytics engagements offered by CloudAuto Link.
Acceptance
By browsing this site or submitting a contact form, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, discontinue use of the site. Engagement contracts for assessments, reviews, audits, or debriefs are separate written agreements that may add or modify conditions for paid work.
Services described
Descriptions of engagements, rates, and timelines are informational. They do not create a binding consulting contract until both parties confirm scope and fee in writing. We may decline work that exceeds our capacity, conflicts with independence, or requires access we cannot responsibly accept.
Intellectual property
Site content—including text, layout, graphics, and field notes—belongs to CloudAuto Link or its licensors. You may not copy substantial portions for commercial reuse without permission. Deliverables produced under a paid engagement are licensed or assigned as stated in that engagement’s agreement; unless specified otherwise, you may use the report internally for your organization.
Acceptable use
You may not misuse the site to attempt unauthorized access, disrupt availability, scrape content at a volume that impairs service, or submit unlawful, misleading, or abusive material through forms.
Disclaimer
Application analytics guidance depends on the information and access you provide. We do not warrant uninterrupted site availability or that recommendations will prevent every future incident. Production decisions remain yours.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of the Republic of Korea, CloudAuto Link is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from site use or from reliance on general information published here. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the applicable contract and applicable mandatory law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Courts with jurisdiction in Korea shall hear disputes arising from site use, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for subsequent visits.
